Terms of Service

These terms govern your shop's use of vehikoHQ USA. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of $149 per month, billed in US dollars through PayPal and renewing monthly until canceled. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. If a trial ends or a subscription lapses, the account is locked but your data is kept so you can resume.

Your data

You own your shop and customer data. You grant us permission to host and process it only to provide the service. You can request an export or deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, sales tax rates and information you send to customers; for having permission to contact your customers; for keeping your login secure; and for complying with laws that apply to your shop. Payments you record in vehikoHQ are for your own bookkeeping — vehikoHQ does not collect or hold money on your behalf.

AI features

The AI receptionist and assistant can make mistakes. Review estimates, invoices and appointments before relying on them. The receptionist only quotes prices you have entered and hands off to your staff when it cannot help.

Acceptable use

Don't use vehikoHQ to send spam, break the law, access other shops' data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and changes

We work to keep vehikoHQ available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features marked “coming soon” are not part of the current service. We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits.
